Official: Law enforcers yet to press charges on Magomedovs
MOSCOW, Apr 6 (PRIME) – No charges have been presented against brothers Ziyavudin and Magomed Magomedov, co-owners of Russian multi-industry holding Summa Group, official representative of the Interior Ministry Irina Volk told PRIME on Friday.
“The media reports (about presenting charges) are incorrect,” she said, adding that investigators have 45 days to press charges.
On March 31, the Tverskoi District Court of Moscow sanctioned arrest of Summa Group’s co-owners Ziyavudin and Magomed Magomedov on accusations of large-scale embezzlement.
